Kentucky State Police Investigates Escaped Inmate in Webster County

DIXON, Ky. (December 17, 2023) –  Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 2 received a call from the Webster County Detention Center at approximately 6:20 am CST regarding two escaped inmates.

Preliminary investigation reveals Jodie E. Crowley, 48, of Sebree, KY, and Tony B. Elders, 44, of Morganfield, KY, walked away from the Webster County Detention Center  located at 141 Stegall St, in Dixon the morning of Dec. 17.

Shortly after escaping, Tony B. Elders was apprehended and charged with Escape 2nd degree. He is now lodged at the Webster County Jail.

Jodie Crowley is described as 5’10” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with blue eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing an orange coat, blue jeans and a black toboggan . Crowley has multiple tattoos on his arms, legs, chest, back and neck. Crowley has a significant identifier of “TINA” tattooed on the right side of his neck.
