LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 11, 2026) – The IAN Alert for Jahmari Deshaun Carter has been canceled. He was found safe and is currently being reunited with his family. The individual who identified Jahmari recognized him from the recent IAN Alert on their cellphone.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 11, 2026) – The Kentucky State Police, in conjunction with the Lexington Police Department, has issued an IAN Alert for Jahmari Deshaun Carter. He is a 17-year-old male who was last seen in the 400 block of Conley Street in Lexington, Ky., at approximately 9:53 a.m. this morning.
Jahmari is described as 5’ 7”, with brown hair and eyes, and is autistic.
Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or local law enforcement.
Updates will be provided through local media outlets.
IAN Alerts are used when children under the age of 18 with autism or mental illness go missing and may be in danger.
