Operation C.A.R.E. enables participating law enforcement agencies to increase visibility through additional patrols and to deter unsafe driving through education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Make a Plan Before You Celebrate<\/strong> \u2013 Arrange for a designated driver or alternative transportation if alcohol will be part of the festivities.<br><strong>\u2022 Step In and Speak Up<\/strong> \u2013 Never allow a friend or loved one to drive impaired.
