The preliminary investigation indicates during a physical altercation, Jeremy Tackett sustained life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of the investigation, Dravin Hamilton, 20, of Floyd County, was taken into custody and lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
