Perry, 34, of&nbsp;Louisville, was operating a Ford Escape northbound on US-31W when, for an unknown reason, the vehicle departed the roadway and struck the end of a guardrail, causing the vehicle to overturn. The vehicle came to rest on the driver\u2019s side on the outside shoulder of the roadway. Perry was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Meade County Coroner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trooper Jesse Harp is continuing the investigation.
