Rodgers, 40, of Utica, KY, after an investigation revealed he engaged in a sexual relationship with a juvenile through a position of special trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodgers was charged with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rape, 3rd Degree<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sodomy, 2nd Degree \u2013 Position of Authority<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sexual Abuse, 1st Degree<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procuring or Promoting Use of a Minor by Electronic Means<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor Under 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodgers was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro, KY.
