After a lengthy investigation KSP charged Joseph Slone, 19 of Flemingsburg, with the following charges: Possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor O\/12 &lt;18 (41 counts), Distribution of obscene matter to minors 1st offense (2 counts), Procuring or Promoting use of a minor by electronic means (9 counts), Unlawful transaction w\/minor 1st-illegal sex act (3 counts) and one count of Promoting a sexual performance by a minor (u\/18).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KSP was assisted by Fleming County Sheriff&#8217;s Department.
