Elvis Soza Alarcon, a 51-year-old man from Carrollton, Kentucky, operating a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, crossed the center line colliding with Mr. Proffitt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Proffitt was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Carroll County Coroner\u2019s Office.
