Gov. Jacqueline Coleman and KSP Commissioner Phillip Burnett Jr. presented certificates to the recipients. Commissioner Burnett encouraged the newly promoted troopers and officers at the ceremony&nbsp;to lead with integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cReal leadership isn\u2019t about holding authority; it\u2019s about caring for those under your guidance,\u201d said <strong>Commissioner Burnett<\/strong>. \u201cIt\u2019s about inspiring and empowering others to achieve excellence through integrity. I\u2019m proud of your dedication throughout this promotional process and look forward to seeing you move our agency forward.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Post 5 area promotions include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sergeant Barrett M. Brewer<\/strong> was promoted to lieutenant and is assigned Post 5, Campbellsburg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trooper Jennifer R. Johnson<\/strong> was promoted to sergeant and is assigned to Post 5, Campbellsburg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trooper Andrew W. Lee<\/strong> was promoted to sergeant and is assigned to Post 5, Campbellsburg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Post 5 Commander Michael Webb said, \u201cI am excited to welcome them to Post 5 in their new roles. They are seasoned professionals who are valuable assets to KSP and the communities Post 5 serves.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KSP is accepting applications for new troopers to join Team Kentucky.
