{"id":41305,"date":"2024-10-28T08:18:17","date_gmt":"2024-10-28T12:18:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kentuckystatepolice.ky.gov\/?p=41305"},"modified":"2024-10-28T08:18:18","modified_gmt":"2024-10-28T12:18:18","slug":"p16-10-27-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kentuckystatepolice.ky.gov\/news\/p16-10-27-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Two Arrested After Armed Robbery and Pursuit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>LIVERMORE, Ky.<\/strong> (October&nbsp; 27, 2024)\u2014Just after 3:30p.m., Kentucky State Police Post 16 \u2013 Henderson was notified by McLean County Sheriff\u2019s Office of an armed robbery at the Valero convenience store in Livermore (McLean Co). The manager of the store said there were two suspects and fled on KY 136 towards Ohio County in a Lincoln Town car. Shortly later, Beaver Dam Police Department observed the Lincoln and attempted to stop the suspects. However, the suspects fled from police on Johnson Road and ran off into a field where they fled on foot towards Rough River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kentucky State Police and McLean County Sheriff\u2019s Office utilized canine\u2019s and Ohio County Sheriff\u2019s Office were flying drones in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later in the search, a trooper patrolling KY 69 in Ohio County observed the two suspects on foot exiting a wooded area and was able to take both into custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Taylor J. Rolson, 29 of Manfield IL <\/strong>and <strong>Angela Burton, 27 of Mansfield, IL<\/strong> were arrested without incident and transported to the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Rolston was charged by Kentucky State Police with the following offenses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Robbery 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fleeing\/Evading Police, 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree (Motor Vehicle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fleeing\/Evading Police, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Degree (on foot)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree (Methamphetamine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of Drug Paraphernalia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tampering with Physical Evidence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receiving Stolen Property (firearm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Criminal Littering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to Wear Seatbelt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wanton Endangerment \u2013 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reckless Driving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receiving Stolen Property (vehicle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License to be in Possession<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Registration Receipt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Criminal Trespassing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mrs. Burton was charged by Kentucky State Police with the following offenses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Robbery, 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fleeing\/Evading Police, 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree (vehicle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fleeing\/Evading Police, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Degee (foot)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree, 1<sup>st<\/sup> Offence \u2013 (Methamphetamine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of Drug Paraphernalia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Criminal Littering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tampering with Physical Evidence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Criminal Trespassing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"># # #<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LIVERMORE, Ky.
