Troopers from Post 9 responded and began the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initial investigation indicated Dalton Mounts, 29 years old of Freeburn, was operating a Polaris Razor when the UTV exited the roadway and overturned. Michael Sincell, 28 years old of Freeburn, a passenger in the UTV was pronounced deceased on scene by the Pike County Coroner\u2019s Office.
